About Us

After visiting LBI a few times during the 1970’s, we purchased our first home in 1976 on Tebco
Terrace and eventually moved to Scott Drive. When Mike was selling his business in North Jersey, we
purchased the motel in 1995 and moved here year round in 2003.  We are not snowbirds and live here all
year round. We will soon be married 58 years.
A great part of owning a motel down the shore is that we don’t have to coax the kids
and grandkids to visit and stay over. We love it here because we live right across from the entrance to the
beach in the quiet residential area of LBI called Holgate.  We enjoy all of the seasons……..even the snow. We are one block from the bay and play ground where you  can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.  We are  2 miles south of Beach Haven.  During the summer season, you can catch a shuttle
anywhere on this Island and leave your car with us. The township provides gators  which are high power golf carts to help those  who need
assistance getting up and over the dunes to your beach spot from 10am till 5pm.

We are a small family run business who prides ourselves on our service to our many returning guests each year.   If you
